The Bordeaux-La Fayette radio station inaugurated in 1920 was located at Marcheprime, Gironde in the hamlet of Croix-d’Hins, 30 km away from Bordeaux. We were going to the ancient plant to look for the last vestiges. The 90th anniversary gives the opportunity to retrace the history and to describe the installations of this mythical telegraphy radio station which was in the 1920’s the most powerful in the world.

In the previous issue of Radiofil magazine we related our trip and the few vestiges we found on the ancient station site.
